What exercises should a man do for his back?
Health author Candida Jordan recommends men do classic back exercises: push-ups, planks, and Superman pose. Push-ups This exercise is considered a classic for a reason. It uses the entire body, especially the core and back muscles.
Get into a plank position. Your arms should be straight and shoulder-width apart, with your palms just below shoulder level. Feet together or feet apart. Keep your weight even and look at the floor. Lower your body until your elbows are at a 90° angle. Return to the starting position. This is one repetition. Complete as many repetitions as possible. If you can’t do a full push-up right away, try starting with push-ups on your knees or from an elevated position.
