The amount of cost for restoration will be calculated by officials, and they will be able to include houses in the list of architectural monuments without the consent of its residents. Prepared amendments regulate the establishment of encumbrances of the right of ownership. This document, including more than 200 pages, contains rules that clarify what houses can be considered monuments and who should care for them.
