Tekta Group invests a billion dollars in housing construction
The investment and construction company Tekta Group until 2015 intends to invest a billion dollars in projects for the construction of more than 1.2 million square meters of housing in the capital and Moscow Region.
By 2015, the company plans to build residential complexes (LCDs) with an area of about 100 square meters each in 12 satellite cities of Moscow. Today, the company is actively engaged in the construction of the LCD in cities such as Odintsovo, Balashikha and Sergiev Posad. It is known that next year the project will begin in Mytishchi and several other areas of the capital, and later in Krasnogorsk, Khimki, Privy, Reutov.
TEKTA Group is building all residential complexes, together with social infrastructure facilities such as shops, enterprises of the sector of household services, sports and children’s institutions.
