If we talk about the proposal, then 26.85% of the offered houses and cottages are 10-19 km from the Moscow Ring Road, 22.22%-20-29 km. The western part of the Moscow region accounted for 21.4% of the offer, in the southwest – 18.45%, in the east – 2.21%.
Earlier it was reported that in January, the demand for the rental of suburban real estate compared to December grew by 20.46%, the offer was 24.32%, while there were already options with summer lease.
