The Russian authorities established the maximum cost of 1 m2 of the area of premises that are purchased for state needs. Before the disposal enters into force, the Russian government issued a similar decision on the introduction of the maximum cost of 1 sq. m. the total area of premises purchased for state purposes. For the future 2012 and further, the establishment of the maximum cost will occur based on its previous value, taking into account the index debtor (special coefficient) determined by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
