The skyscraper of the bubble was developed by Iranian architects Farzad Mirshafiei (Farzead Mirshefii), Amin Aghagolizade (Aminom Agagolisade), Farzin Misami and Peyman aali. The outer sink was developed based on the aerodynamic properties of bubbles against deviation of the oncoming wind during strong ocean winds. Three legs at the base and structural surrounded core provide additional resistance against lateral forces. According to the wind and solar orientations, there are intervals between bubbles at different levels.
The green zones and gardens of the sky are adapted in these intervals to ensure the building and the community with social places – intellectual loopholes in these areas allow natural ventilation produced by the effect of the chimney of the central atrium. Electric and mechanical systems are included in pipes running along the facade that illuminate with different colors at night. Some of the green elements of the bubble skyscraper: waves of waves, water systems of memory, solar batteries, and windmills.
