Machine plaster allows you to do plaster work quickly and efficiently. This is especially true when there is a large amount of work or if the deadlines are settled. The plaster, of course, will not do without the use of special mechanical units that you will have to either buy, or rent, or hire specialists with your units.
Depending on the volume of work and the value of objects, you will need units of various power. So, the builders call the devices with great power stucco stations that are mobile or stationary.
Plastering stations consist of such elements: a supercharger, pump, nozzles and a solution of. But we will not describe in detail the entire principle of operation of pumping stations, since you are unlikely to be needed for work.
In private construction, small plastering units are most often used, which move on wheels. Such devices are cyclic or continuous. It should be kept at a short distance from the processed surface (no more than 10 cm). And if plastering stations can supply the solution to the height of several floors, then small devices for plaster have a power that is only enough for the height of the processed wall.
The plaster of the walls with these devices is somewhat reminiscent of watering the garden from a tap hose. It is important to properly hold the nozzle, which is mechanical or pneumatic action. The first type of nozzle is designed for the mobility of a mixture of at least 9 cm, and pneumatic – not 7 cm. Mechanical nozzles of an unregulated and adjustable gap of nozzles. Adjustable nozzles, of course, are better, since with their help you can adjust the intensity of the plaster mixture.
Regardless of the type of nozzle and the type of unit, plaster should be applied mechanically using a specific technology. The first rule reads – the solution will be less sprayed if there will be the largest angle between the nozzle and the wall. An ideal option is an angle of 90 degrees. If minor splashes appear, it will be possible to either rub them into the surface. Either brush up with a special plastering unit.
