Nomos Bank will open a credit line for the construction of the microdistrict in Moscow
Nomos Bank will provide funds for the construction in the center of the capital of the new elite residential neighborhood “Garden quarters”.
Under the terms of the contract, a loan worth 4.5 billion rubles will be issued for 4.5 years. The allocated funds will go to the construction of the first stage of the microdistrict, which is planned to be completed in 2013.
Residential microdistrict “Garden quarters” is located between Komsomolsky Prospekt and Bolshaya Pirogovskaya Street. The total area of the microdistrict has more than 450 thousand square meters. In total, 32 residential buildings, a kindergarten, a school, a business center, as well as an underground parking for 3763 places will be erected on a area of 11 hectares.
Unicor Management Company was created in 2004. The main assets of the company are concentrated in four sectors: finances, agriculture, real estate and pharmaceutical retail. The development portfolio of the company is more than 10 real estate objects with a total area of more than a million square meters.
