Before you start working with glass chloride, it is necessary to primed the walls. The primer removes dust from them and contributes to the qualitative setting of the material. Typically, the canvas is produced 1m width and the panels are glued in. To do this, use special glue, which is sold in dry form as a powder or diluted in a plastic container. You can use it economically: one pack of glue-powder is enough for 50 m² of fiberglass. 300 g of the glue-powder should be stabbed in 11 liters of chilled water and stirred thoroughly. During pasting with a glass chloride, monitoring the temperature in the room, it should be within +18 +25 ° C. Along with this, it is necessary to exclude the presence of drafts and clarification of the material with sunlight. The roll is divided into strips of the length of which is selected taking into account the height of the wall plus 5cm in reserve. Only the wall is moistened with glue, the glass chloride is component dry to it, the gaps are removed using a wallpaper knife. In unforeseen cases, if there was a gap on the side, then the resulting gap eliminates the glue of the panel overlap. To perform this glue should be applied to the surface of the wall and to the edge of the damaged side. At the site of the overlap will be a double layer of a 3-5cm width. And yet it will be seen after painting. The color in that place will be lighter, and the strip will be noticeable from afar. To prevent this, when pasting with a glass -cooled, the place of overflow should be cut with a wallpaper knife (you should try to do this in a wave -like one) and then get rid of the extra layers on both stripes. As a result, the panels will be glued. On top of each strip, you should go through a wallpaper spatula in order to smooth the layer. It provides reliable setting, and also distribute excess glue. After the panels are dry (it will take about 24 hours) you can start painting by any type of paints, whether it is acrylic or water-based. It is recommended to paint the surface of the fiberglass in two stages with the first and second layer after the first. How to achieve the surface to be mirrored to obtain a perfectly smooth wall should be put down with a fiberglass putty. This can be achieved using a rubber spatula and prepared to a more liquid mass of putty. The layer should be laid subtly to completely smear the surface of the panel. Grinding the surface with fine -grained sandpaper should be carefully so as not to damage the glass. It should be mentioned that the putty process is not a prerequisite for achieving a mirror surface?.
