In the first place in terms of price for secondary housing is Novosibirsk
Last month, the leader among the cities of Russia in terms of prices in the secondary housing of housing was Novosibirsk, where the price per square meter of the “secondary” increased by 2.3% within a month and amounted to 46 thousand rubles.
Ufa and Krasnoyarsk are in second place, where the cost of a square meter of housing increased by 2.1% to 46.6 and 45.6 thousand rubles, respectively. Next follows Astrakhan. Here housing grew in price by 2% to 33.3 thousand rubles per square meter.
In turn, in the capital, a square meter of housing in June rose 0.5% to 168 thousand rubles, in St. Petersburg this indicator remained at the same level 74.4 thousand rubles. In the suburbs, the cost of secondary housing fell by 0.1% and amounted to 74.1 thousand rubles. In total, 44 cities participated in the study.
