An energy -efficient house in the Rostov region is even worse than the first pancake

by ladynews

We often write news about energy -efficient technologies and about new energy -efficient houses that are being built all over the world. Architects are sophisticated in all known ways, so that their structure meets the requirements of current ecology trends and energy efficiency. So Russia decided to try to build such houses, but it was not without my beloved pancake and officials of officials of officials.

In general, we immediately recall that an energy -efficient house is not a dwelling of green activists. An energy -efficient house is a building in which a good microclimate and it consumes little energy. In other words, the energy -efficient house should reduce energy consumption by its inhabitants to the maximum (preferably by 90%). The annual need for heating an energy -efficient house cannot exceed 15 kW per hour per square meter. And although international standards indicating what kind of energy -efficient house should be, there is no classification. So, in Europe, an energy -efficient house is required to consume 50% of energy less than an ordinary house, but this standard has almost outlived itself, because modern residential buildings of an energy -efficient type spend 90% less energy. An energy -efficient house should not only save energy, but also create it using alternative sources (renewable sources, for example, solar panels or wind turbines). Recently, the concept of an energy -efficient house was complemented by reducing the emissions of C02 to zero. This is not all, but in an ideal energy -efficient house, all energy comes from renewable sources, including the energy that is necessary for cooling and heating systems, as well as water supply, lighting, electrical devices, etc.P. You think this is impossible, but from next year, more and more new energy -efficient houses in the UK will build according to this standard. And the fact that the companies in the United States and Europe are actively improving their skills in the design and construction of such houses, we have long been highlighted in separate articles. Even the awards for achievements in such an area are given everywhere today.

And so Russia decided to try. Recently, in the city of Gukov, Rostov Region, they completed the construction of an energy -efficient house, which took 38 million rubles. Moreover, the building was built to resettle people from emergency housing. Solar panels were fixed on the building, boilers were put inside, pumps were carried out. In general, they did everything as they write in articles about energy generating houses and energy -efficient technologies. Only now it turned out that in addition to reading articles on renewable energy sources and construction on the principle of “and we can do this,” requires direct skills and the ability to design, as well as a little, but desires. Especially from the developer and officials who not only did not pay attention to the house as an energy -efficient construction, but did not pay attention to him at all.

The new house is not just problems with energy efficiency. It has problems with designing, building materials, equipment installation and other elements that led to a leakage of ceilings, non -functional heating, high humidity (which led to mold) and even a breakthrough of pipes located in the attic.

The court has already recognized that the house has been developed and built with violations. Moreover, the court found a violation that the deputy mayor of the city, Oleg Silantyev, took the building into operation in the form in which it was commissioned, although the official escaped responsibility for his actions.

Of course, we really want Russia not to lag behind the construction technology from the rest of the world. In the end, we also want to live in energy -efficient houses, high -quality climate and not to run behind the planet all as part of housing construction and alternative energy sources. But what is needed for this? So that developers begin to pay more attention to plans or monitor the correct distribution of finances for the construction of houses? It may be required additional training, development of own ideas, knowledge, technologies? Why will we not burn to build a simple energy -efficient house if almost every modern builder in Europe, the USA, Canada and other countries is able to do it?
