In the first six months of this year, six office centers were commissioned in St. Petersburg, the total area of which has 38 thousand square meters.
At the same time, the volume of class A retroenses increased by 10 thousand square meters, and class B – by 28 thousand square meters. In the second half of 2011, it is planned to commission 16 office complexes, the total rental area of which will be about 133.1 thousand square meters.
It is also reported that for six months in St. Petersburg, 70 thousand square meters of office premises were rented and bought. According to forecasts, by the end of the year the absorption volume will be about 150 thousand square meters. At the end of June, the average level of free offices in the city was 13%. In total, 190 thousand square meters are vacant in business centers.
At the same time, the average cost of renting office premises of classes A and B was at 1190 and 940 rubles per square meter per month, respectively.
