The State Housing Inspectorate of St. Petersburg published data and results of working with citizens.
From January 1 to April 9 of this year, 11224 appeals were recorded, of which 6868 (61%) were considered. In 2012, for the same period, 2.7 times less calls were filed.
The checks carried out led to the execution of 819 protocols on administrative offenses, presenting 830 instructions on the elimination of violations, and the penalties reached the amount of 21.9 million rubles.
In March-early April, appeals were considered about an increased rent of 1009 apartment buildings. In the third of these houses – 305 – there are no common house metering devices or are not used to calculate the board. In March, such appeals were 30%, in February – 22%. In general, the number of calls increased by 22% compared to February.
According to representatives of the inspection, appeals about taking disciplinary measures against the guilty persons were sent to the administration of all regions of the city.
